Dorcha House is built on observation, from the recruiter’s desk, the artist’s sketchbook, and a life spent travelling and learning.

We’ve interviewed thousands, mentored many, wandered across countries, and watched people at work and play. The conclusion? Humans are gloriously strange everywhere you go.

Our books grow out of those observations, part career field guide, part comedy, part storytelling. Sometimes they are practical, sometimes whimsical, always seen through a neurodivergent lens that notices the details others overlook.

We write as recruiters, explorers, storytellers, and artists, people who have listened, observed, and collected countless human moments. What we create is shaped by that mix of experience, curiosity, and a belief that even the strangest encounters can be turned into something useful, a little magical, and sometimes very funny.
