All prices are shown in NZD and include GST where applicable. While we aim to ensure all pricing is correct, errors may occur. If an error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel your order.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
When you make a purchase at dorchabeautycom, you are directly purchasing that product for the brand or brands that supply that product. We ensure that every product on our site is tagged with our brand that holds the rights to that product.

When you complete a purchase on dorchabeauty.com, you enter a contract with Dorcha Beauty which supplies the goods. We provide a platform which we trade our branded goods to you, the consumer. We complete a sale and process payments, refunds & shipping. Once we receive your full payment for an order, we will remove your debt obligation to Dorcha Beauty for that order.
Shipping is handled directly by Dorcha Beauty.
ORDERING CONDITIONS
All CV rewrites, digital products, and templates are final sale. Due to the nature of digital content and creative services, refunds are not available. It's your responsibility to provide accurate, up-to-date information when submitting your order or intake form.
