HOW DO I START MY RETURN?

What items are returnable?

Please note:

This return form is only for physical merchandise.
Services such as CV rewrites, digital downloads, and online courses are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

We have a 14 day refund policy for merchandise; from the day the item is ordered, you will have 14 days to request a return.

Please note we only offers refunds if:

• The product packaging is unopened

• The packaging is in a resellable condition

• The refund request is made within 14 days of your order

Are there any charges for return?

• You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• We highly recommend sending your return via tracked post as Unplaced accepts no liability for any items lost in transit

 

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
